4.1 Placing an Order

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected goods under these terms. Order confirmation via email is not an acceptance but a confirmation of receipt. Acceptance occurs when we ship the item.

5. Shipping Policy

We ship to most regions worldwide, excluding certain remote areas in Asia and other locations as specified at checkout.

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates. Customs, destination, and carrier schedules may cause delays. We are not liable for delays once the carrier has possession of the package.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• Eligibility: Most items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in original packaging.

• Costs: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after inspection and approval.
