We deliver globally inspired style directly to your doorstep. Please see below for our processing and delivery timelines.
Order Processing: All orders are carefully handpicked and packed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination, customs processing, and carrier schedules. We ship worldwide, excluding some remote regions in Asia and other locations as specified at checkout.

Our Returns & Exchange Promise
We want you to love every Chic Soul piece as much as we do. If an item isn’t perfect, we accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached, and returned in original or suitable protective packaging.
Final Sale Items
Out of care for hygiene and the personal nature of certain products, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Intimates (for hygiene reasons)
- Jewelry (due to its personal nature)
- Any item explicitly marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” on its product page.
This policy reflects the discretion we apply in selecting these special categories for our collection.
Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process
1 Initiate Your Request (Within 15 Days)
Email our Customer Care team at [email protected] with the subject line “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”.
Please include in your email:
- Your Order Number
- Item Name (e.g., Floral Babydoll Dress, Size M)
- Reason for Return/Exchange
- Preferred Resolution (Refund or Exchange with desired size/color)
- Confirmation that the item is unworn, unwashed, and tagged
- Your full name and shipping address
2 Receive Your RMA & Instructions
Within 1-2 business days, we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions, including the return address. Please do not ship your return without this RMA.
3 Ship Your Item Back
Securely package the item(s), include a copy of your packing slip or RMA email inside, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
- Recommendation: Use a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
- Return Address: Ship to the fulfillment center address provided in your RMA instructions (this may differ from our Oklahoma City corporate address).
4 Inspection, Processing & Resolution
Once received, our quality team inspects returns within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email notification upon completion.
- Refunds: After approval, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
- Exchanges: For size/color exchanges, the new item ships once the return is approved. Standard shipping charges apply for the new shipment. If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be invoiced for the difference.
International Returns
We welcome returns from our global community (excluding remote regions we do not ship to). The process is identical, but please note:
- You are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred when shipping the return to us.
- International return transit times vary and are not included in our processing timelines.
- Refunds are issued in the original currency of purchase.
