However, if something isn’t quite right, our returns and exchanges process is designed to be as seamless and confident as your shopping experience.
Our Return & Exchange Promise
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please ensure the item is returned in its original packaging or a suitable protective package.
Please Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Intimates (for obvious hygiene reasons)
- Jewelry (due to the personal nature of the product)
- Any item marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” on the product page.
This policy mirrors the care and discretion we apply in selecting these special categories for our collection.
Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Request (Within 15 Days of Delivery)
To start the process, please email our customer care team at [email protected] with the subject line “Return/Exchange Request”. Use the template below to ensure we have all the necessary information to assist you quickly and efficiently.
Step 2: Receive Instructions & Return Authorization (RMA)
Within 1-2 business days, our team will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Please do not ship your return without this RMA number, as it helps us process your request promptly upon arrival.
Step 3: Ship Your Item Back
Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your packing slip or the RMA email inside the package. Clearly write the provided RMA number on the outside of the box.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Chic Soul is not responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
Return Address: Please ship your return to the address provided in your RMA instructions, which will be our fulfillment center. (Note: This may differ from our corporate address in Oklahoma City.)
Step 4: Our Inspection & Processing
Once we receive your return, our quality team will inspect it within 3-5 business days to ensure it meets our return conditions. You will receive an email notification once the inspection is complete.
Refunds & Credits
- Timing: After your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that depending on your bank or PayPal, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Amount: The refund will be for the cost of the returned item(s). Original shipping fees (Standard or Free Shipping via EMS) are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
- Exchanges: For size/color exchanges, we will ship the new item once the return is received and approved. Standard shipping charges will apply for the new shipment. If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be invoiced for the difference.
International Returns
As a global brand, we accept returns from our international customers (excluding remote regions we do not ship to). The process is the same, but please be aware that:
- You are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred when shipping the return back to us.
- International return transit times will vary and are not included in our processing timeline.
- Refunds will still be issued in the original currency of purchase.
